Scope of responsibilities:

• ongoing legal advice to the firm’s clients (i.e. local and international developers, investors, lenders and construction companies)
• legal consultancy regarding real estate transactions and projects
• negotiating contracts concerning development, management and commercial use of real estate
• supervision of due diligence processes

Requirements:

• qualifications of Legal Advisor or Advocate
• at least 6 years of professional experience in a Real Estate team of a leading Polish or international law firm
• very good, practical knowledge of real estate law, commercial law and administrative law
• excellent drafting, negotiation and organizational management skills
• fluency in English
• ability to build strong client relationships
