Scope of responsibilities:

• day-to-day legal advice to the firm’s clients
• legal consultancy regarding transactions of corporate acquisitions/disposals and reorganizations of companies
• preparing corporate transactions documents
• managing and supervisory a team of junior lawyers

Requirements:

• qualifications of Legal Advisor or Advocate
• at least 5 years of professional experience in an M&A team of a leading international or Polish law firm
• very good, practical knowledge of company law and statutes regulating operations of commercial companies
• solid expertise in commercial law and civil law
• fluency in English
