Partner – Energy Law

Warsaw

Scope of responsibilities:

  • providing legal counsel on behalf of the firm’s clients (i.e. local and international companies from the energy sector)
  • legal consultancy regarding all aspects of energy business, mainly on regulatory and transactional issues
  • preparing and negotiating range of commercial contracts relating to energy projects
  • representing the firm’s clients in civil and administrative litigation
  • participation in due diligence projects
  • expanding the firm’s energy practice

Requirements:

  • qualifications of Legal Advisor or Advocate
  • at least 10 years of professional experience in the energy law team of a leading Polish or international law firm
  • very good, practical knowledge of energy law, commercial law, environmental law and construction law
  • very good, practical knowledge of administrative law
  • solid experience in representing clients in civil and administrative litigation
  • strong drafting, negotiation and organizational skills
  • fluency in English
  • ability to build strong client relationships
  • significant portable client base
