Scope of responsibilities:

• day to day corporate advice to the firm’s clients
• legal consultancy regarding transactions of mergers, acquisitions and restructurization of companies
• preparing corporate transactions documents
• participation in due diligence projects

Requirements:

• a University qualification in Law
• 2-3 years of professional experience in M&A/Corporate team of leading local or international law firm
• very good, practical knowledge of company law and statutes regulating operations of commercial companies
• solid expertise in commercial law and civil law
• fluency in English
