Scope of responsibilities:

• tax consultancy regarding a broad range of corporate income tax matters
• advising on tax matters related to M&A and restructuring transactions
• tax consultancy regarding international tax planning
• performing tax due diligence
• managing and supervising a team of tax consultants

Requirements:

• a university qualification in Law or Economy
• qualifications of Tax Advisor or Legal Advisor/Advocate
• at least 6 years of professional experience on tax team at a leading local or international consultancy firm
• proven experience in tax advisory relating to M&A and restructuring transactions
• thorough knowledge of tax law
• strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• fluency in English
